“I’m not the pawn to your king
I’m not your world on a string
I’m not anyone you’ll beat
I’m not anything”

I live only 80 miles away from where I grew up.
Barm is the way to go for soft bread rolls. Cob is reserved for crusty bread. Hence the crusty cob. Get it right Kate! :-DI’m guessing East Midlands? I’m Nottingham born and raised, ‘cob’ is the way to go, don’t even get me started on ‘roll’, ‘breadcake’ or (the worst), ‘barm’, they just don’t cut it for me.The accent is completely different. I like learning new local words when I move, the weirdest one from current city is ‘cob’ meaning a bread roll.

You’re not the only one! Alex the kid was so great I downloaded it for an emulator a few years ago and completed it. Bamboozle was so frustrating when the next page wouldn’t load properly, still used to play it every week. Anyone remember Turmer the Worm?Does anyone else remember Bamboozle? This and ‘Alex the Kid II’ on Mastersystem II were my major forms of entertainment between the ages of 7 and 10.
No? No-one else? Just me then. Fine.
